Thanks for the suggestion. I tried downloading v3.97 but for some reason it wouldn't unzip.
I've got it working now anyway though - I saw that v.3.98.2 has been released and it seems to have corrected the issue.

Hi, I downloaded Audacity today because I wanted to crop a song. I've cropped it to 4 minutes in length with Audacity but whenever I export it as an MP3 it becomes 6:05 minutes in length.
