Windows7 hp Pavilion G series. I have closed down everything, uninstalled Audacity, reinstalled Audacity. Quit file, closed Audacity, gone through my startup functions. All I can think of is that for some reason either Reaper is opening an instance of Audacity or my laptop on startup is opening an i...

In Reaper when I access my external editor I get an error message that audacity is already running.
It's not. How do I fix this?
