koz, I did what you said. I opened it on quicktime. I do not have quicktime pro. It says that the format of the file is "MPEG Layer 3, Stereo, 22.050 kHz", Data size is "1.54 MB", data rate is "55.64 kbits/s". I imported the song on itunes through an MP3 CD. Is there anyway you can help me fix this?...

Audacity, I imported a track onto audacity. I cut and paste the part of the song I wanted to sample. Once I was satisfied, I saved it, and I exported it to garageband to use it on a beat.
