I presume that you want to compensate for a left/right imbalance from the thing that you are recording? Is that right? Why not correct it after you have recorded it using the track "pan" slider? I know what one objection is going to be. Audacity doesn't do real time processing. There are a number of requests for being able to apply filters and do processing in real time at the record step -- not to wait for post production. Separated/Individual balance for Right and Left channels
I'm interested in an option to balance sound level, separated/individual option for left and right channel through audacity. When I balance r/l channels via windows propertys line-in, I put 10 in right channel and 8 in left channel. Audacity's peakmeters detect the balance, and all ok. When I click ...
