Bob, I believe I can help you and I hope you are still around this area and read this. 1. Open your RealTek control panel and click on the Mixer tab. 2. Go down to the Realtek HD Audio Input section and uncheck Stereo Mix. You want to unmute it. That is your problem, Stereo Mix is most likely muted....
