The ports actual function is usually etched into the metal plate at the back of the motherboard.

Both the blue and pink ports are meant for sound input into your PC. Your mic jack should be plugged into the pink port. The pink port is meant exactly for such an input. Is your mic actually plugged into the pink port at the back of your PC? Is there an on/off switch on your mic?

If you leave “Show Disabled Devices” and “Show Disconnected devices” unchecked, you’ll never know which devices are disabled or disconnected for Windows. Try checking both options. Have you tried clicking the Down arrows to the right of “Host”, “Playback > Device”, and “Recording > Device”? These 3 Down arrows open a menu of Options…

As Gale told you, "install Windows 10 drivers (if available) for all the devices you are using (internal and external), obtained from the device manufacturers' sites.
