Thanks for the thought. I run Kaspersky security and I have Audacity as a trusted app. I don't think the issue is there. I would be curious to see what file on what path Audacity is trying to open. Thanks Gale. This makes no difference. Chrome is the browser I am using. Both help html open in chrome when clicked. I went ahead and checked the "always use" box (never had to do that before) and it made no difference. Odd. And yes, the help files are included. I was simply fiddling by manually ins...

I have installed .14 and find that neither the quick help or manual launches. I tried manually installing help with no success. What should I check next?
