Seen that and for the life of me I can't see which of those options does fractions of a second. Also I'm curious, one of the options is in the dd:hh:mm:ss (days, hours, minutes and seconds.) who the heck does audio tracks that run for days? Thanks.

Hi, I'm brand new to Audacity having been using SoundEdit16 for what seems like "since the beginning of time" and one of the features I used a lot was to add silence to the beginning of tracks, specifically .25 of a second.
