Please try exporting as AIF and see if that works. iTunes will convert that to MP3 or AAC for you. All your settings appear to be correct. If you're using iTunes then why aren't you using Apple's AAC compression format rather than MP3? It is generally reckoned to give better quality versus MP3 bitrate-for-bitrate and size-for-size.
