Thanks for the reply. In fact I already have the ffmpeg installed, probably as part of Freemaker . Freemaker is conversion program to convert on format to another. Ok that was it, now to play with it to get the proper levels for tripping and recording.

Can not get Sound activated recording to work.

I can record if I hit the Red record button.

I have the Transport Sound Activated Recording check on.
I have tried change Sound level activation.
I have tried changing microphone level.

Still nothing, what am I missing?
