I'm using Windows 7, and while using audacity 1.39, i found that it didn't find some of the VST plugins i have installed. But if i downgraded to 1.38 it will find them all, 1.38 would only work if compatibility mode with XP SP3 was enabled. The plugin in question is the Amplitube 2... does anyone kn...

Can't you just export everything to wav. then reimport at audacity 1.2? Or you could also try to use 1.39 beta, have been using it a while and it is been pretty stable.

Just found another problem, when i use the screen shot tool. the "device toolbar" disapears. No problems with the level, it just doesn't sound good. To make it sound better i use the amp that came with my guitar, i plug it to the computer with a p10 to p2 cable at the headphone output. Just to complement, i think if you try to export to OGG it is:

1. Left
2. Center
3. Right
4. LS
5. LFE
6. RS

Need recomendations to buy a simple preamp, just to match the out impedance with the in impedance of the computer. Doesn't need to have any complex function...
