Re: Remove harsh frequencies from recorded sound

Just to say 'hi'... I am back in business! Coast-to-coast move completed, gradually settling in; Re-connected to the 'series of tubes'...
I shall reply on the sound file in a couple of days.

Re: Remove harsh frequencies from recorded sound

Interesting? You bet!!! How do you know so much? Are you a sound engineer by profession? :o I am going to try this when I get home. But Steve, I may not be able to get back to this any time soon. My internet connection goes away tomorrow, and I am leaving in the night. The drive from one coast to th...

Would you mind explaining the command a little bit so that I can try to tweak the settings and see if that works? (if (arrayp s) ...

Re: Remove harsh frequencies from recorded sound

Thank you for your reply, Koz. If I upload the sample to Rapidshare, will you be able to download it? The file is about 4.32 MB, it is a 12 second WAV clip from the original sound file. You would not understand the language (I can safely presume, I think) but you'd get a clear idea of the sound dist...

Remove harsh frequencies from recorded sound

This message is particularly directed to the gentleman named Koz, because I have been reading his helpful posts in this forum. Also, if anyone else can help me here, I would be most grateful. I am an audacity newbie; I can find my way around most functions for ordinary purposes. But now my problem i...
