So the volume is sitting at 0 db, then I drag it to -15 db and then I File - Save Project. I close the file and open it again, (its still sitting on -15 db. Correct! That only adjusts the volume of the song while its playing but it doesn't seem to save it that way. I've changed the volume, cut the part that I want, pasted to where I want but it's still loud. :cry:

thanks for your reply.

I've tried that - changed volume using slider on left and then saved it, but it didn't make a difference. Maybe I should record instead of save project?
