Perhaps its possible to set the input to "Stereomix" or "what you hear" and put the outputvolume of the own microphone up, so that you hear yourself speaking?

I dont think you can mix up a certain instrument in a mix, because the software doesnt know the instrument. it would raise the volume of every instrument in that part.
Sometimes you can use equilizer to to that, but wont really make the intrument louder, only the frequency of it.

Id suggest to use "F4" for transcriptions, its free and designed only for that purpose. Think its a nice tool for it.
