How do I change/set the kbps for a wav file.
I'm uploading to tune core and it says "Before you upload, please make sure that your files are 16 bit (sample size), 44.1 kHz (sample rate) and 1411 kbps (bit rate) wav files." I save the .Wav files from audacity as "wav (microsoft) signed 16bit PCM. They end up with 1536 kbps. I tri...
