understand the leveler effect, just wanted to share what i'm working, this is clean thru the 1961,48watt peak, Harmonytube amp&(strat).

here's a sample of strat, 1961 Harmony tube amp, with a sure mike straight into my laptop with 1/4 adapter to plug into line in. No effects have been added yet.

Hey guy's Recording with a mike on my old tube amp. 1.3 beta, no other effects added. At times i would prefer a dirty sound for little lead bits. How could i do this with the given effects?

I dont see plug ins, windows 7

i dont understand this VST thing either. after i down load free effects do i just pull it to audacity?

i feel i am getting the raw sound i want, suggestions
