They are some kind of sound effect that sounds like clicking.. or maybe like a bottle of champagne popping open. the first spike is the pop and the second is some smaller pop.
i just want audacity to recognize this exact spike and remove all instances of it through the audio track.

Have you tried "Click Removal" http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/Click_Removal Yes, i've captured the sound effect and then selected only that sound effect and it removes it. But, as soon as i select the entire soundtrack, it removes only pieces i wanted to keep, and ive tried the slider...
