Is there any way to jump to the next/previous label? [SOLVED]
I have a 24 hour recording and marked points of interest as it was recording. It would be move to get to the points without having to skate through the recording looking for them.

Cannot set recording device.
v 2.3.0 was installed about 6 months ago and, since playback works well, I have not had need to do any recording until now. When I try to record, I get the error shown. When selecting Audio Host, only Windows WASAPI is the only one that fills the microphone text box as shown and no other options. Se...

Re: Timer recording works well but...
I did not realize such a backlog of suggestions in that list. I guess I am not eligible to vote on any of them. -Optional ACG would work for me. -Automated start/stop recording for hourly tracks. -others.. How does the label track.txt work? Is it set in seconds? Menu option or command line interface...

"Having the controls locked out does help avoiding my cats interacting with my precious Time Recording that is active while I sleep ..."
Now you have me wondering if my cat might start mixing her own tracks.

Re: Timer recording works well but...
An access to controls in a timer recording would be excellent and probably should have a warning. As mentioned, I also see that I would like to have the option to change volume at times while timed recording is active. For open-ended timer recording, it is not as simple as just hitting record becaus...

Re: Timer recording works well but...
Not in my case. I record 26 hours at a clip, twice every weekend. The timer allows for unattended start at midnight Saturday morning and ends 2:00 am Sunday morning. During that time, I want to mark the recording to identify points of interest for easier editing and review. To stop the timer would s...

I would like to place notes while recording using the timer.
^B or ^M rings a chime and the system ignores the attempt.
Is there a work around or a fix?

Re: Bizarre activity of the VU meter VS playback volume
The Jukebox is Excel with VB code in the developer. It is about 1000 lines of code with many features beyond just being a jukebox. It works as designed on another computer so this problem has to be between Audacity and the sound card. I am beginning to think that the fact that no input is defined co...

Re: Bizarre activity of the VU meter VS playback volume
Windows 10. I am playing podcasts from the Internet using Internet Explorer. A Juke box program calls the URLs according to the schedule and they play through the speakers.. The last link is the connection to Audacity which seems to be the culprit. I wonder if that fix will also take care, or explai...

Re: Bizarre activity of the VU meter VS playback volume
On that AGC, I have been totally unable to find anyone who can help me see/adjust the system volume by code so that project is on the side getting moldy. I neglected to mention that the actual volume output through the speakers correctly changes directly with the adjustment of the slide bar. This is...
