when I preview audio before adding the effect, the preview is different than the actual audio is after applying the effect!!!!

YOU DID NOT LISTEN TO ME!!! I CANNOT RUN THE VST FIRST BECAUSE IT WILL REMOVE WHAT I WANT TO KEEP!!! AND YOUR METHOD SWICHES ALL THE AUDIO!!! NOT JUST THE SELECTED REGION!!! READ WHAT I TYPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

swap channels of selected audio

I want to swap the stereo channels of part of an audio but not the whole thing... how do I swap the left and right channels of a selected part of an audio??? I have a vst that removes certain things out of the right channel but it doesn't work on removing anything from the left... part of the audio ...

ok so I try to use Autotune but I cannot figure out how to load a midi file into autotune to do this!!! I tried both "Learn Scale from midi" and "Target Notes from midi" but neither of those allow me to select a midi file!!!

I have seen it done, where people take vocals of talking and make those talking vocals and turn them into singing vocals... how is that done???
