Can I burn CD's with Audacity?

Just wondering.

Oh and by the way, why is Windows Media Player only feature 192 kbps as the highest burn quality for its player (WMP11 to be exact)?

Should I use a different software to burn CD's into 320 Kbps cause I'm burning a cd for my sis from my music collection on my computer :), lemme know.

Re: What's the difference between the dithers for recording?

As always, you're the man, Steve. Thanks for helping me out with dithers. So, just I have Default Sample Format to 32 Bit Float, both the real tie sample rate converter and high quality sample rate converter to high quality sync, real time dither to none, and high quality dither to shaped. Is this g...

What's the difference between the dithers for recording?

I noticed in the preferences menu for Audacity that there are real time dithers and high quality dithers. I picked Shaped cause I think it sounded better than the others (long time ago since I changed that --> I have no idea why I did it but I love high quality audio so that's probably why lol). Eit...

Is there a way to convert a guitar amp cable into a mic jack

Sup guys. I was wondering, is there a way to convert a guitar amp cable into a mic jack. EX: Have on end of a guitar amp cable connected to my keyboard, and have the other convert to a mic jack input into my computer's on board sound card? Is this possible or must I have to get a pre-amp that's made...

Weird Breathing Noise Coming Through My Speakers

I was just recording a session with my acoustic guitar, and now I just heard this weird breathing sound come through my 2.1 speaker system for my Computer. I used my headset, propped up on my knee as a mic setup so I have no idea how its making this interference. *It did stop after I turned off the ...

Re: How would I get effects that mimic the Subdecay Noise Bo

That effect is alright I guess but it barely did anything like that pedal.

But I understand, that IS the selling point for the pedal so you're right in that aspect. Is there anything else I can do to achieve it with maybe flange?

*I seriously have all the free effects so lemme know what to use :)

How would I get effects that mimic the Subdecay Noise Box?

Sup guys. I was watching this video today and I wanted to know how I could get the awesome effects from the Subdecay Noise Box guitar pedal without spending a dime on the pedal itself. Is there an effect in Audacity that would sort of mimic this pedal? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Cdmqf0plnI&feat...
