Re: Point Labels vs. Region Labels
I do suspect that it has to do with the Link Tracks functionality. However on the Mac, the Command-K (typically the equivalent to a Control-K in Windows) is not a reserved keystroke that I can tell. A Command-X (basically a cut) is what I always use, and it simply doesn't keep the label aligned to t...

Point Labels vs. Region Labels
Using Audacity 1.3.9 on OSX (10.5.8) If I roll back to 1.3.7.1 then this works as I've described below. Switching from Fit in Window to Zoom Normal
I notice often that if I'm in "Fit in Window" so that I can view all of the tracks at once, and I'm playing the file, if I change to "Zoom Normal" what I see is the beginning of the file I'm working on, and not where the playback marker is. I then choose "Zoom Normal" again, and I'm placed in the pr...

Certain Keys fail to work in Labels
I haven't figured out what causes it, but sometimes certain keys seem like they are thinking that I have the "Apple" key pressed when I'm typing in a Track Label. For example, if I want to type "Breakdown Dead Ahead" in a track label, the Brea types fine, but then the k wants to delete something! I'...
