Audacity Forum

I've just recorded a Podcast for submission to PodioBooks, and under their guidelines, they require embedded artwork as part of the metadata (or what they call the ID3 Tag). There doesn't appear to be an upload function for embedding. Does anyone know how to do this on the beta version for Windows 7...
