Device Manager is fine (no yellow/red marks).
Kinda looking for a way to record sound without buying something new.

No, Windows Sound Recorder doesn't work either. My sound settings look fine.

No sound on XP with SigmaTel
It's not recording any sound for me. I'm using Windows XP with SigmaTel Audio.
I have tried the settings as Microsoft Sound Mapper Output/Input as well as SigmaTel Audio. I have also tried the Software Playthrough option.
Can't get it to work. Any ideas?
