I have the same problem using 1.3.13, Windows 7, 4GB RAM, Pentium Core Duo. To solve the problem I go into "Recording Devices", then disable the Line In port, then enable it.

I copied and pasted a track onto the first track, a little past where the first track ended. It isn't a huge problem, and I know it's a third party plugin, but I appreciate the heads up. I will make sure I have the latest version of it.

Works Beautifully! It notched a 1:15 stereo file in 3 minutes!!! And the progress bar was right on. Good work!!
