First off if you just want to make some cds of your music you don't have to export to mp3. You can just export to wav and your cd burning software will recognize the files. If the audio is already in audacity and is one long single track the way to separate the tracks is to highlight the portion that is a particular song and then export it to a .wav file, repeat until you have all the songs, then burn yourself a cd. I assume this is what you are asking how to do.
