That can happen if you leave off the tilde (~) at the beginning of the address. That's a UNIX abbreviation.the "Go To" method brought me to the same place as my screenshot

Am I crazy? No. You didn't follow instructions. The library you want is hidden and you have to reach it by the method I illustrated.
