I think it's still true Chains can't call other Chains. I think you may need that for this job. Open the sound file and generate all three noises one above the other. Then SOLO one noise at a time plus the sound clip and Export. I think that's too many Chain levels. You may be able to open one noise...

How long is the show and what else is the machine doing? Do you leave other apps napping in the background while you're working? When was the last time you clean restarted with Shift-Shutdown?

What other effects do you use? Does Noise Reduction do that?

Apparently, Effect > Equalization hangs onto the last known good curve until it's changed.

Effect > Noise Reduction > Profile might do that. I've had multiple similar clips to noise reduce but only some of them had convenient Room Tone.
