I think you prepared your tracks wrong. I don't think you need to split to mono. The effect works on stereo tracks.

One other note. I cut off the extra silence at the end and one of the three seconds at the beginning. It's not good to have too much room tone (background sound) in the clip. It throws off RMS Normalize.

I got the clip to pass ACX and sound reasonable. I left out Noise Reduction. I think Noise Reduction is distorting the tones in your voice before the other tools even get to it.
