Re: Audacity Audio is always out of sync compared with camera audio
Problems only appear if I record the audio via a different software like Audacity. Audacity doen't cause timing errors. The audio is already digitized when Audacity gets it. You have to look upstream. Where does the sound first get digitized? Then you move things around and one of the sound service...

Re: Audacity Audio is always out of sync compared with camera audio
If there is no camera, make it so the microphone can hear the game play and calculate the error from there. Again, all you need is one error value and you can calculate the correction. I bet if you changed from the Yeti, the problem would vanish.

Re: Exporting WAV causes echo
This is a stereo test file. You should be able to hear all four segments. The last segment is intentionally damaged so it may sound weird or maybe like coming from behind you. If a segment vanishes, you have a damaged monitor system. http://www.kozco.com/tech/LRMonoPhase4.wav "This is my voice ...

Re: Exporting WAV causes echo
How are you listening to the export? Open up the exported sound file in Audacity. Still sound funny?
You can get magic like this if you listen in mono and you have a damaged stereo sound file. Is the original sound work in stereo, two blue waves? How are you listening?

Re: Audacity Audio is always out of sync compared with camera audio
That can happen if you have two different recorders on one show. Now you know that this does. Screen Shot 2018-12-21 at 20.52.58.png Clap at the beginning so the camera can see it and the microphone can hear it. Do it again at the end of a long take. Calculate the miss and that is your correction va...

Re: Tiny Waveforms - Smaller Expertise
You may not find any volume controls for a USB interface. Can you make the Steinberg "PEAK" light come on for your microphone under any conditions? Turn the Steinberg volume control up and talk louder and louder until the light comes on. We are intentionally creating distorted sound to see...

Re: AudioBook Mastering version 4
I guess that's the difference between the H2 and the H2n. The H2 is still going for new prices on eBay.

Which one? The highly sought-after classic, or the modern one after Zoom Promotion and Publicity got ahold of it. This is the classic.I have an H2
