Can we assume it's OK if you listen to the mixer with your headphones? Go into Windows sound panels and make sure they're set for stereo, and the little sound meters bounce in time to the music. Missed one. Identify the place where the speed changed and put a label there. https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/label_tracks.html Drag-select everything from the label to the end of the show. And don't fall in love with 80 minutes, either. That's under ideal, absolutely perfect conditions (the even number makes good advertising). Plan on more like 79 or 78 minutes.

Without getting too far into the Clueless User territory, did you restart the machine? Shift-Shutdown will give a more complete shutdown than the regular one. Pause and Start.
