CD quality is 1411 to keep it in the same measurement standard. Also important: WAV stays there. As you edit and export new MP3s, the quality goes down. Every time you export a new one, it also exports the previous export compression errors.

Control-F Full (on my Mac it's Command-F). I use that and two other zoom controls constantly: Drag-select something and Control-E (Zoom to sElection) and Zoom out a little bit Control-3. We should remember that ACX has two limits and one goal. Peaks no louder than -3dB and noise no louder than -60dB. RMS (loudness) is the only goal. You have to hit that between -18dB and -23dB.
