The pictures didn't come through. JPG files work OK, and some others. JPGs are pretty universal. The forum will not accept everything. There are restrictions on picture formats, sound formats and file sizes. Nothing over 2MB. Nothing we do for voice quality is going to clear the noise problem. Koz
