I got pieces. I know that if you try to record your microphone and What-You-Hear at the same time, you will get a really odd sounding microphone.

If you magnify each pop, you may find that there is a "bad" edit right there. Select the area around the pop and Apple-L Generate Silence. Try to pick start and stop points for the edit as close to the middle of the waveform as possible. This is rough because Audacity has no operating grid...

Audacity doesn't recognize either of those formats. You need to make either an MP3 or a WAV sound file and Open that. After you straighten that out, then Effect > Tempo. You know the show is going to get longer or shorter, right?
