<<<Ooops. In my first post, step 5 should read Close the FIRST instance of audacity.>>>
Still no. I didn't try all the revision levels, but I will a bit later.

Re: Plot Spectrum... bug?
That doesn't happen in Mac land. All windows can run spectrum analysis no matter how many there are or how many are closed. 1.3.5, 1.3.6, 1.3.7. Do you know anybody else in Windows Land that you can try this on? A "Bug" is a very specific set of circumstances. A mistake causing evil softwa...

<<<3. Run a second audacity.>>>
There are supposed to be software locks to prevent you from doing that. However, you can certainly open up multiple work or project windows. File > New. Is that what you mean?

Re: No USB Audio Codec Option
<<<Pro-Ject Debut III>>> The Pro-Ject Debut III doesn't have USB. The Pro-Ject Debut III Phono USB does. Audacity is a complete slave to the machine it's running on. If the Leopard System Preferences panels can't see the turntable, then Audacity won't see it, either. You probably have one of two pro...

Re: noise reduction settings controllable with mouse only
Oh, and one correction. When I enter numbers from the keyboard, only the Reduction and Frequency sliders follow me. Attack never moves. The only way to actually change any of the three values is with the sliders.

Re: noise reduction settings controllable with mouse only
Yes, that's perfectly correct. It doesn't work in 1.3.5, 1.3.6, or experimental 1.3.7.

Re: noise reduction settings controllable with mouse only
Noise Removal does have something of a personality. Some Mac users can not use Noise Removal at all because pieces of the tool are or appear to be missing. We are paying attention to this this. I will try your problem here.

Re: Triple Boot Mac...Yo!
I have no troubles using Noise Removal on both 1.3.6 or 1.3.7. Can the user be enticed to work with us on the forum? I do have a couple of ideas.
