First problem is the 4G file limit, so whatever you do can't result in a music file over 4G in size. This killed that guy that wanted to record 6 hour performances. Next problem will be your hard drive which needs to be very roomy and completely error checked and defragmented. Audacity will not work...

You probably have feedback where the sound channels are creating their own "music." This is a cousin to what happens when somebody turns the microphone up too loud at the PTA meeting. It doesn't have to scream or howl, it can rumble, too. So, in Audacity visit Edit > Preferences > Audio I/...
