Still, I bet it's not everything you can do. What are the sizes of all the drives mounted -- connected to the machine? Doesn't matter if they're being used or not. Connected is good. How much physical memory? Do you leave your computer on and lit up overnight -- specifically a 4AM? Most people don't...

OK. Now my head officially hurts. Your system is overloading backwards. As the singer gets louder, the digital service is supposed to hit "1" (the Audacity bouncing light meter goes to zero) first, then, a short time later -- and still getting louder, the red light is supposed to light on ...

I wish they had posted a little explanation with those radio samples. Three of them are an AM radio being tuned rapidly up and down the dial, one of them is a radio left just off center of correct tuning (which makes my teeth hurt), and the last one is an actual microphone sound capture of a thunder...
