<<<You can record the audio from all parties in the channel.>>>
All of them including you? That's usually what kills. Bidirectional sound channels don't lend themselves to sneaky capture on the side.

Re: Clicking noise occurs with equalizer
Lots of odd clicking damage vanishes when you remove the DC level before you do any processing to the file.
Effects > Normalize > Remove DC Level (don't select anything else).

Re: Convert audio to come out of only right speaker?
OK, so it's all about me. You'll be in Audacity 1.3. I don't think half of these tools are available in Audacity 1.2. You can install both versions as long as you only use one at a time. Open your song. Track > Stereo Track to Mono (If your system will play a mono track, then we're done. Export and ...

Re: Convert audio to come out of only right speaker?
It's not whether it can be done, it's who can do it in the fewest steps.
We may find that it's easier in Audacity 1.3. We'll see.

Re: Recording to add to website...
Yes, that's the long version and it tends to tilt toward Windows (right-click this and that). Do you have an existing web site? Who authored it? This is my Sound Tests and Clips web site. http://www.kozco.com/tech/soundtests.html If you click on any of those clips, the browser will try to play them ...

Re: I need help with seperating the audio!
When you paste a sound clip into an existing performance, what's supposed to happen is the clip will start at the cursor location and play until the end, and then the rest of the original performance will play. Paste should cut a hole in the performance and drop the clip in. Isn't that what happens ...

Re: Saving WAV fiiles and getting them into Nero to burn to
When you finish recording one side of a record, stop Audacity and File > Export As WAV. When Audacity gets done exporting, you can open that WAV file in your Music CD authoring program and burn a disk. That's the simple version. If you get that working OK (I know the object is to eventually capture ...
