When you export what? What's the show and how did you get it? There are some special microphone cables which will produce a show that will only play on some, but not all players.

cannot open Audacity because of the 32-bit issue.

My Audacity 2.3.3 opens in High Sierra (10.13.6) OK. You may have other issues.

Mojave 10.14.x complains about 32-bit and Catalina 10.15.x just stops working.

Why do you think it's a 32-bit issue?

I think that's the surveillance recorder mode...that Audacity doesn't have.
