cloud drive but I've done that in the past the same way without problem. It's not that cloud drives crash constantly, it's that they're "unstable." Audacity likes to think each time it accesses a drive the conditions are perfect and constant. Cloud Drive access can change depending on the Time Zone...

That may seem silly, but we have to build your system in our heads to figure out what's happening.

Usually I don't want to save projects.

That's a constant problem in all the versions. Audacity thinks it knows our products better than we do and always insists on saving Projects. You can't reset, change preferences, or bypass the warning.

The Headphone Thing can help with the voice switching business. The chat system never hears recursive room echoes (receive voice bouncing from the walls) and never has to switch voices on and off.

There are techniques of improving chats. Put everybody on headphones or earbuds.

The first voice has normal room sounds but they are wearing headphones, so her voice is clear. The second voice is completely hands-free. She looks swell, but she has Zoom Voice.
