OK. Deep breath. What do you hear? Are you trying to record the other side of a Skype call? Your own voice? YouTube sound?

A lot of those are controlled by Windows or external services, not Audacity.

Audacity 1.3 has the ability to "tune out" latency. I was able to confirm this on a multi-track I recorded recently.

The question is, of the three computer delays you can get, which one are you complaining about? Audacity can only fix one.

Audacity 1.3.10 had exporting problems. Upgrade to Audacity 1.3.11.
