I can't visualize what you're doing. What happens if you try to delete a portion you're playing?

Automatic Noise Reduction doesn't "know" what noise is. It just figures that any sound that hangs around long enough must be noise and we'd better get rid of it. Windows machines come out of the box all ready for voice, conferencing and chat. Not Music.
