Did you follow that? The AUP file is a Project Manager. It's not a sound file. It's job is to put all the stuff in the _data folder back together into a show. OK. Basics. Do you have your volume turned up? Does it go boop boop boop when you change it with the volume buttons on the keyboard?

OK, so it does record, but it's recording the wrong thing. Audacity records sound from the Windows Control Panels. Audacity 1.3.11 will try to follow the preferences and settings of Audacity 1.2. To prevent that, trash a file or folder...

Intel Macs under Leopard or Snow Leopard do not properly support Audacity 1.2. Goofy things happen. Don't worry about the "Unstable" or "Beta" labels. "Stable" Audacity 1.2 hasn't been the flagship program for a long time. You can safely install 1.2 and 1.3 as long as y...
