Re: Stereo separation / stereo tracks with balanced audio
<<<Audacity will only export a stereo file if the left and right audio channels are different. Re: Exporting multiple tracks and keeping order the same
<<<It placed them all in random order.>>> I bet it doesn't. I bet it placed them in computer filename order. 0 thru 9, then a thru z, etc. In that case, you can tune the filename at the export step to come out in the right order. iTunes is schizophrenic. In the general music pile, everything goes by...

Re: Noise when trying to record
The phono amplifier is plugged into the computer with the USB connector, right? Like the "A" connector here... http://www.dgahouston.com/usbplug1.htm Do you get the noise after you pull the USB plug out of the computer? Have you tried to record shows from the internet or use Skype after th...

I live under the neighborhood's multi-kilovolt high tensions wires. Anything I do that is at all questionable or unshielded hums. It makes for good worst case condition testing.

One good start is to tell us a recording of what? Skype phone call? YouTube sound? You playing the guitar and singing?

Re: Stereo separation / stereo tracks with balanced audio
