Re: Latency ?????

Obviously that only works with analog microphones and a computer that will accept a high-level Stereo analog sound signal. Windows...

Professional Audio Filter
20100401 I'm pleased to announce the first public "beta" release of the Professional Audio Filter (PAF). Some of the controls and installers are a little rough yet, and on occasion it's been known to crash in a shower of brightly colored confetti, but I think it's worth getting it out ther...

Re: DVD burner - can it do CDs, too?
They should. Look on the side of the box. DVD-R and CD-R are the two common formats. You may have to dig through the other formats, but as long as it says those two, you should be good to go. Some PCs only support DVD+R. HP machines come to mind and people can go on for days explaining why that's a ...

Re: Odd distortion
Here. I intentionally damaged a sound file...

<<<Yes, I've tried burning to CD - the distortion is still present.>>> You need to work with us. Shortcuts don't work well when we're troubleshooting. And you played the CD on Something Else? Not the same computer? Do the blue waves have a lot of even tops and bottoms like somebody took a ruler here...
