Re: NOISE REMOVAL QUESTION

The headphone and the microphone are generally completely independent. You can record from the microphone by having the plug (pink?) plugged in to the computer and nothing else. I regularly use a headset at work as just headphones and fold the microphone up out of the way until I need it. However, y...

Re: NOISE REMOVAL QUESTION

Are you on Windows Vista or Windows 7? Those panels are going to be very different from my Windows XP. We need to wait for the Windows elves to help. I know much more about the Mac services than Windows. Do you see a setting for Windows PCM, 44100, 16-bit, Stereo? That's the long version of "CD...

Re: How to export 24 bit 48 kHz wav?

Free download QuickTime for Windows can do that. Control-I Info Panel. That also gives you the ability to play any file type in the QuickTime library. I believe it also gives you full-frame video playback which I haven't be enable to do under Windows alone. There's another Windows-only analysis tool...

Re: First Act Usb Guitar Cable Won't Record

<<<I have changed the settings to the C Media USB device to record from and it will not. >>> It will not change, or it will not record? You should try different USB connections if you have more than one. Replug the guitar cable at the guitar several times. Change Audacity Preferences to 44100, 16-bi...
