Have you tried it? I think most reverb tools give you the ability to tune the room. They may define it differently, how tall the walls are, how far away they are, how many walls , etc. etc.

GVerb gets room size setting down to 1 meter. You might be able to get a dog in there....

Some computers make this extraordinarily difficult to do without money-based software. It's not always a setting or clicky.

Probably your most serious problem is re-editing MP3. You can't. Audacity converts MP3 to a high-quality internal sound format and then back to MP3 when it's finished editing.
