Whenever a very specific portion of a show vanishes, it's usually put down to an external sound file that got lost. Did you import the voice track into your show? Is the original voice file still there, or did you move, rename, or delete it? Audacity doesn't pull music files into itself for editing....

Yellow, Red and White, right? You bought a video interface cable. It will produce a stereo audio track embedded into a video bitstream. Audacity isn't going to know what to do with that. None of these happen in real time. The tools are applied after you already capture the show to fix it. Audacity is a post production program.
