Try going into Apple > System Preferences > Display and changing the settings to smaller numbers. Then change it back. That should push the windows around so they fit and it might solve the hiding problem.

Are you using non-English or punctuation in your filenames? It's usually a bad idea to write dates as part of filenames. 20110630 is today's date, not 6/30/11. You can get into trouble by putting non English words into the MetaData as well. Upper and lower case letters, numbers, underscore and dash....

What is expected to happen? I loaded a voice WAV into Audacity 1.3.12 and put that text into the Nyquist Prompt box.

Nyquist did not return audio.
