The clue is in the printout. You have ALSA devices for 2 channel stereo, 5.1 channel surround, 7.1 channel surround, HDMI (your flat panel monitor sound), etc. etc. All that in addition to the FastTrack variations -- both directions.

When does it do this? When you Open or Import a music file, Audacity goes about copying the music into it's show.
