Couldn't resist.

Re: gemini ps626 pro mixer as power supply for condenser mic
No. Your mixer does not have XLR type, three pin connectors like this microphone needs. More importantly this microphone needs to be powered from the mixer through "Phantom Power." This is my Peavey PV6 mixer about the same size as yours. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/PV6?utm_sour...

Re: Recording/mic problems
The 3.5mm Mic-In on the back of your computer is mono (one channel), looking for very low level sound signals, and is easily damaged. You should be using the Blue Stereo Line-In. Koz

Re: Can't record
Macs do not have a natural way to record internal audio, however it's not that hard with the SoundFlower software.

We don't recognize it either because you didn't tell us what it was. What is it?

Most people are stunned how fast the response is on this forum compared with the weeks you wait on others. Usually, the worst y...

Re: Sound not working on ENTIRE computer after opening Audac
So the volume control beeps do work? Apple (upper left) > System Preferences > Hardware > Sound > Output and make sure Internal Speakers (or whatever your normal sound is) is selected and the volume slider is turned up. Some applications like iTunes have their own volume sliders and you need to make...
